Important: By purchasing and downloading any DashboardHub template, you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). Please read this agreement carefully before purchase. This license governs your use of the digital template files provided by DashboardHub.
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and DashboardHub ("Licensor") for the use of dashboard template files ("Templates") purchased from dashboardhub.io.
This Agreement grants you certain rights to use the Templates as specified below, and reserves all other rights for DashboardHub. The license is granted at the time of purchase and takes effect immediately upon receipt of the download link.
DashboardHub offers two license tiers: the Standard License (included with all regular template purchases) and the Agency License (available for the Agency Client Reporting Dashboard or via special arrangement).
All DashboardHub templates are sold under one of two license types depending on the product purchased:

The Agency License includes all Standard License permissions plus the following:

Regardless of license type, the following are strictly prohibited for all users:
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to legal action for copyright infringement.
This Agreement grants you a license to use the Templates — it does not transfer ownership. DashboardHub retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the Templates, including all copyright, design rights, trade secrets, and proprietary information.
Your rights under this license are limited to those expressly granted in this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DashboardHub.
DashboardHub provides free lifetime updates to all customers for the specific template(s) they have purchased. This means:
This license is effective from the date of purchase and remains in force unless terminated. DashboardHub may terminate this license immediately and without notice if you:
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Template and destroy all copies in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless the termination occurred within the 30-day refund window and was not caused by your breach of this Agreement.
The Templates are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. DashboardHub does not warrant that the Templates will be free from errors, that calculations will be accurate for every use case, or that the Templates will meet every specific business requirement.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of data you enter and the outputs generated by the Templates. DashboardHub shall not be liable for any business decisions made based on Template outputs.
