At DashboardHub, we are committed to providing high-quality dashboard templates that genuinely help your business. We are confident in our products, which is why we offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

If for any reason — whether the template doesn't meet your expectations, doesn't work as described, or you simply changed your mind — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. We will process your refund promptly and without requiring any explanation.

Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied. We would rather refund a purchase than have an unhappy customer.


2. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • You purchased the template directly from dashboardhub.io
  • You can provide your order confirmation email or order number

You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request, though we appreciate any feedback to help us improve our products.

The 30-day refund window begins on the date of your original purchase, not the date you first accessed or downloaded the template.


3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these three steps:

Your refund is processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please include the following in your refund email:

  • Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • The email address used to make the purchase
  • The name of the template(s) you are requesting a refund for
  • Optional: any feedback about why you're requesting a refund

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: Typically appear on your statement within 3–7 business days, depending on your card issuer
  • PayPal refunds: Usually processed within 1–3 business days and credited to your PayPal balance
  • Bank transfers: May take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been initiated. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.


5. Exceptions

While we aim to honour all refund requests, the following situations may not be eligible for a refund:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Purchases made through third-party resellers (not directly from dashboardhub.io)
  • Situations where a refund has already been issued for the same order
  • Cases where we have evidence of policy abuse (e.g., purchasing, downloading, and immediately requesting a refund as a pattern of behaviour)

Refund policy abuse — such as systematically purchasing and returning templates to access content without payment — may result in the refusal of future refund requests and/or termination of access to our platform.

If your request falls outside these guidelines and you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us and we will review your case individually. We aim to be fair to all customers.


6. Partial Refunds

In some circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion, such as:

  • Bundle purchases where only one of several templates is disputed
  • Situations where a partial credit is more appropriate than a full refund
  • Cases where we have partially delivered services or support

We will always communicate clearly and work with you to find a fair resolution.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly, and chargebacks create additional administrative burden for both parties.

If you have contacted us and are unsatisfied with our resolution, you have the right to initiate a dispute with your payment provider. However, initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Permanent revocation of access to all purchased templates
  • Restrictions on future purchases from DashboardHub
